Shipping methods

You may choose the shipping method you prefer between Standard and Express. Check here Shipping Times and Costs.

Remember that the delivery times include working days only, excluding holidays.

Please note the courier UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses.

Countries to which we deliver

The website should automatically recognize the Country you are connecting from.

It is possible to change the Country of delivery by clicking on the link Change Country at the bottom of the page.

Orders made from a Country site different from the delivery Country, or to addresses to which we are unble to ship (U.S Territories, General Delivery addresses, A.P.O., F.P.O. or P.O. Boxes), will be automatically cancelled.

Tracking the delivery

You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the UPS courier.

You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Corner.

The UPS courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, with a UPS contact number.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.

Packaging Options

All our products are individually wrapped and shipped together with our exclusive Shopping Bag. Basic packaging also includes a solid brown box to further protect your orders during transit.
