Special Project
In 1970, designer Kenzo Takada founded the Parisian maison, naming it after himself and drawing inspiration from the Japanese culture for the creation of his first collection. In 1983, Kenzo introduced a second proposal to go with the womenswear collection. Today, at the creative direction of both the men’s and women’s lines, are the founders of Opening Ceremony, American designers Carol Lim and Humberto Leon. The bright proposals labelled Kenzo recall the Parisian street style, the digital art and skate culture, speaking an incredibly modern language. Among the must-haves, the logo T-shirts and sweatshirts, that display the now famous eye and tiger prints.
