The hottest season of the year is about to come, and many fashion houses are already projected into sunny and relaxing places, embracing a style that’s already trendy: the tropical look. Dolce & Gabbana gave voice to the aesthetic taste of artistic directors Domenico and Stefano. Offering jackets and sweaters entirely covered in prints depicting exotic animals, such as parrots and tigers, surrounded by a rich tropical vegetation, in bright green and shades of blue. There’s no shortage of leopard scarves, straw hats and espadrilles in bright colours, like blue. Even MSGM got seduced by the tropical mood and proposed light and marine shades, with a focus on shorts, handbags and coloured flip flops. Creative director Virgil Abloh, on the other hand, mixed the tropical look with the typical Off-White street-inspired aesthetic, with floral patterns on grey raincoats and sporty sneakers in neutral colours. In short, this trend anticipates summer’s arrival, and it’ll be able to satisfy everyone's tastes and preferences!
